Thank You, Jackie!!!

I stayed home today, nursing my sick elbow, and received a wonderful "pick-me-up"! I had won a free quilting on Jackie's blog (Canton Village Quilt Works) a few weeks ago and excitedly boxed up my redwork and sent it her way. I received it back today and she did a beautiful job. I am showing the quilting here and when I get the binding on I will show the quilt. She used the quilting pattern Classy Curls to go along with my sashing fabric and it is just perfect!! Thank You, Jackie!!!

I have managed a little stitchery, but that is about all I can handle right now. Thank you for all your kind words, happy thoughts and prayers.

I'm just getting caught back up on reading blogs and OUCH! You have had a rough time. Oh, just thinking fractured elbow makes me ache. Take care of yourself!

Your quilt looks lovely! I can't imagine that you could stitch with your elbow. I hope things improve for both you and your husband quickly.

Oh...Oh...ouch Teresa.....I had a friend who was taking her evening walk out on the dirt road behind her house and she tripped on a piece of
wire stuck down in the road and fell...breaking BOTH elbows...she liked to have NEVER got up off the ground to make it back home...she knew she had to get up or lay there all night because no one knew
where she was....so you are lucky it wasn't worse. Hope your recovery is a speedy one....and I am soooo loving your red/white quilt!!

I'm glad to read the good news on Fred but I was really startled to read about your ELBOW?! Oh lordy bee that's gotta be something of a pain I can't imagine. What is it with elbows lately?

Listen, I'm sending you some good healing in this little comment. Watching for updates whenever you're able...
