Oh the joy of hand quilting. I am so happy to have another quilt in the hoop. I chose vertical and horizontal lines for the background quilting, and will alternal them with each block. I debated on how to do the sashing and decided to use scallops for the sweet Susannas.
Lovely work! I never see anyone doing hand quilting like this anymore. Good for you to be keeping up traditions.
